Tuning File Service for Workshops

Send us the original file from your slave tool and we'll send back a custom diesel, petrol or transmission tune, built by the tuners in our Dubbo workshop. Most files are back generally within 3 hours.

How the file service works

1. Fill in the form and attach your file

Sign in to the dealer portal, fill in the diesel or petrol file form and attach the ORIGINAL file as a .zip (right-click the file and choose Send to > Compressed folder).

2. Choose your priority and pay

Pick ASAP, within 3 hours or within 6 hours, then pay by card or PayPal when you submit.

3. Get your tune

We email the tuned file back to you. Write it to the vehicle and you're done.

Tunes and options

• Diesel Stage 1 to Stage 4, and SOTF (switch on the fly)

• Petrol tunes for factory and aftermarket ECUs

• Transmission tuning

• Speed limiter, immobiliser and hard-cut options

• Pop & crackle and speedo correction (petrol)

• .hpt unlock and .bin to .hpt conversion

• ECU and TCM unlocks, bricked ECU recovery

• ASAP priority for urgent jobs

Emissions-related changes are for off-road and competition vehicles only.

Adjustments are free

Vehicles with high kilometres sometimes need a small change after the first tune. Just reply to the email your file came from and we'll sort it at no charge.

Frequently asked questions

Which file should I send?

Always send the ORIGINAL read from the vehicle, not a file that has already been modified.

What file types do you accept?

All common types, including .bin, .ori, .hpt, .pcm, .mod, .cod, .hex, .s19, .frf, .dec and .unq. Compress the file into a .zip before attaching it.

How long does a file take?

Generally within 3 hours. Choose ASAP priority if you need it sooner.

Do I need to be a dealer?

Yes. The file service is for approved dealers, and it's free to join. Sign up through Become a Member above and we'll review your details.
