Transmission Tuning
Transmission Tuning Involves optimizing the transmission shift strategy, The strategy Consist of shift scheduling for gear based changes First through to sixth gear, TCC ( torque converter clutch ) Engage and disengage speeds and shift pressures.
While optimizing the transmission shift points this will aid with towing, this will make the vehicle hold in a single gear for longer at a lower RPM decreasing the need to shift through gears this will then require the motor to use the available engine torque within the optimum engine RPM range 1250 - 2500rpm instead of dropping to a lower gear and engine speed increasing to 3000 - 4000rpm which is past the engines peak efficiency.
With extensive testing and coding on the Toyota transmission platform we have seen a considerable decrease in fuel consumption. With our test Vehicle ( 2018 LC200 ) we seen fuel consumption drop from 15.7L/100km down to 12.7L/100km. We have seen Fuel mileage improve on all platforms that we have tuned.

If there's one thing people cant get enough of that's reliable Power! That's why we have spent countless hours developing performance packages that best suit our customer requirements. With Quality products such as GTurbo, NPC, HPD, PDI & Diesel Central we can peace together a power package that's right for you!
Power package upgrades are all different and are dependent on your vehicle and your use for that vehicle. For example you may want a bit more power from you LC79 for that 3 Tone van that your pulling around Auss and may of had it tuned already, a simple step would be to upgrade the turbocharger to a G320 from Gturbo and a NPC 1300nm clutch. With a simple turbocharger upgrade and one of our custom tunes, power output will go from a stock 130 -140rwhp & 330-380nm(atw) to 270 - 280rwhp to 880 - 950nm(atw) all this is capable on the stock fuel system.

Custom Tuning
While the word custom tuning is often used to describe a Custom calibration. We wanted to walk through the Steps we take when actually tuning your vehicle! Not just loading a generic file that's been in the last 1000 plus cars.
With every Custom tune we need to know all there is to know about what you're using the vehicle for, Vehicle excysting modifications & the amount of weight you'll be towing on a regular basis. Then we can make the correct adjustments to how the fuel delivery gets adjusted within the vehicle's calibration. This is critical for fuel consumption & Power delivery.
