While supplying our dealer network with the correct tools to suit what direction they want to take there business either it be a master tools or a slave tools. We can supply a tooling package to suit. With support & knowledge being crucial to any business we will teach you step by step on how to use the tooling and offer over the phone technical support.
With 90% of our dealers using slave tools which we have seen be the highest profit return. Some dealers are time poor and don't have the time to invest into learning how to tune. If your wanting to learn how to tune we can assist you through the tuning process to help advance your knowledge of the tooling and the understanding on how the tuning process takes place.

How Does File Service Work?
File Service works with 3 easy steps!
Fill In File Service form.
&
Attach Tuning file.
Once the File form has been successfully filled out all you need to do is attach the ORIGINAL File you want tuned to the file form. This can be done by right clicking on your .ori file and selecting send to zip file, then simply drag and drop the .zip file into the File service form.
Quote & Payment
Upon receiving the file service form, we will reply with an emailed quote to carry out what tune you have selected. Once the quote is accepted and paid for, we will then Email through the completed file.
Tuning file & Adjustments
Once we have completed the file, we will then email the file back to your selected email address. Adjustments may be required on vehicles with high km/miles. Adjustments are free of charge, just simply reply to the email you received your file from mckayperformance@outlook.com
